Anant Pharmacs Private Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing site in Pithampur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) and Turning Centres, ensuring the production of high-quality parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC machines (VMC and Turning Centres) for production, including loading raw materials and selecting appropriate tools.
  • Operation: Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
  • Programming: Input and adjust machine settings and programs to ensure accurate production of components.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Technical Drawings: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience operating CNC machines, specifically VMC and Turning Centres.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and tooling.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM software.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed project plans, managing machine load planning, scheduling, capacity utilization, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. This role is based at our manufacturing site and requires the ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load Planning: Develop and manage load plans for machines to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Capacity Utilization: Monitor and analyze capacity utilization to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
